The team behind Getafix Solutions has carved a niche for themselves in Kolkata’s real estate map as boutique builders and since 1993 the team has built over 3 lakh sq ft of residential and commercial space across Kolkata with ongoing projects accounting for a further 3 lakh sq ft in prime locations.
The unique feature amongst all the construction is the special focus on creating a green ambience in each project following an ECO-FRIENDLY approach by reducing carbon footprint through providing adequate space for trees and plants throughout the buildings.

Getafix Solutions’ construction vertical is built on a legacy of group organizations which have carved a niche for themselves over 30 years as boutique builders having delivered best in class construction projects comprising over 3,15,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial space across Kolkata and New Delhi with on-going projects aggregating a further 3,00,000 sq. ft. in prime locations.

Construction Services
Fit-out activities during construction has been an integral part of Getafix Solutions’ legacy. Therefore, Getafix Solutions already has the time tested and trusted partners and alliance ecosystem, which is used in its Construction Services business vertical, in terms of partner contractors for civil works, paint, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, etc. along with alliances with renowned brands for lifts, tiles & flooring, bathroom & kitchen fixtures & fittings, windows, etc.
The above makes it easy for Getafix Solutions to leverage the ecosystem built and developed over 30 years to service individual housing/commercial/Institutional units and existing buildings needing repairs/ renovation or a makeover. Our Service Methodology is as follows:
