Chirodeep has over 30 years of professional experience. He has been involved in the real estate sector having constructed residential, commercial and institutional properties.
He focuses on the entire lifecycle of real estate development including identifying and acquiring land parcels, providing design inputs of the proposed development, ensuring compliance with local regulations, overseeing and managing the construction activities, marketing the development, managing the project funding till project handover.
Chirodeep, through his numerous projects, has given a special focus on creating a green ambiance in each of his executed projects which has made the completed building stand out with their individual distinctive styles and look. In designing projects he follows an ECO approach by ensuring reduction of carbon footprint, and by providing adequate space for trees and plants throughout the constructed building as well as its surroundings.
His clients include educational institutions, large corporates and MSMEs, hospitality players, retail buyers across eastern and north India.

Managing PartnerBasanti has over 25 years of professional experience. Key areas of focus include sales & marketing, human resources management, operations and administration. She has cross sector experience including real estate, travel, logistics, telecom and IT & ITeS.
At Getafix Solutions, Basanti leads the administration and operations including resource deployment, contracting & vendor management. She has been instrumental in planning, design and implementation of the IT enabled project management and monitoring system which differentiates the organization from other players in the sector.
She holds a Management degree from Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad
Basanti Choudhury
PartnerAnindya has over 26 years of professional experience. He was till recently a partner with one of the Big 4’s Consulting practice in South Asia leading their Government advisory practice in the areas of Economic Development, Urban Reforms & Transformation and Education & Skill Development.
He focuses on policy formulation, institutional strengthening and organization development, project & program design and implementation, project management, formulating corporate strategies, performance improvement, feasibility assessments, financial analysis,SME sector development, etc.
He has significant experience of working in the Smart Cities Mission program and National Urban Reforms Mission at Central Ministry, State department and city level. His clients include Central & State Governments, multinationals and large domestic companies and international development & funding agencies like World Bank, ADB, GIZ, FCDO of UK. He has experience across sectors including infrastructure, construction, industry parks, engineering, warehousing, chemicals, power, electronics, ship building, food processing, transportation, hospitality, medical services, financial services, education, etc.
At Getafix, Anindya leads the team in Business strategy formulation, New product and service introduction along with development and implementing the systems & processes required to deliver the promised customer experience.
Besides India, he has worked in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Maldives and Malawi. Anindya is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant.
Anindya Mallick
PartnerAsim has over 14 years of professional experience. He has been involved in the retail and real estate sectors having deep experience in retailing of consumer electronics and in construction of residential, commercial and institutional properties.
Asim leads and manages the construction vertical of Getafix Solutions through collaborating with the architects’ team for design and planning of the projects, finalizing the project time schedules, budgets and funding sources, negotiating and onboarding contractors/ vendors for specific stages of construction and fit-outs, project managing & monitoring the project during its lifecycle with the objective of ensuring on time and within cost delivery. Asim has been instrumental in designing the various project management & monitoring tools that Getafix Solutions has implemented which differentiates the organization from other players in the sector.
Prior to joining the real estate sector Asim has worked as the regional retail head for gaming systems of a global electronics major. His clients in the real estate sector include educational institutions, large corporates and MSMEs, hospitality players, retail buyers across eastern and north India.
